Our Services_____________________________

The Integrated Counseling Center LLC is certified by the State of Wisconsin to provide outpatient psychotherapy and AODA services. Upon admission, each person receives a comprehensive evaluation and a follow up session to discuss results of the evaluation and provide any recommendations or referrals if indicated. Follow up services are voluntary and provided at the client’s request and willingness to participate. Services are provided between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with evening and weekend hours available by appointment.

The clinic has licensed and non-licensed professionals. Our non-licensed professionals generally hold a masters degree from an accredited univerisity but are in work on their licensure. They are supervised by licensed staff and are a viable option to those clients who do not have insurance and want an affordable cash pay option. Please refer to forms page for futher information.

Insurance Information
For those needing services and have insurance, you will need to contact your insurance company prior to your first visit. These are the questions that you need to ask when calling your carrier:

Is my provider in or out of network?
Do I need prior authorization?
What is my deductible?
What portion of my deductible is met?
What is my co-payment or co-insurance?
What is my annual maximum? (Sometimes this is a dollar amount and sometimes it is a certain number of visits)

Keep in mind that there is no guarantee of benefit by your insurance. If you are uncertain about your coverage and limits, call the clinic for assistance. For many insurance carriers, you may also check your benefits on-line and apply for an authorization number. All payments, deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
